About Us:

Your Tasks:
- Sales Development: Identify and engage potential clients across various industries (especially mid-sized companies) who can benefit from Sustaind’s ESG database and sustainability reporting solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and manage outbound sales activities to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product presentations and live demos to showcase the value of our platform, addressing customer pain points and showcasing how Sustaind can help them automate and improve their ESG reporting.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Sustaind’s solutions while achieving sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to provide customer feedback, refine sales strategies, and contribute to product development based on market demand and customer insights.
- Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM, track sales progress, and provide regular reports on forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
What You Bring:
- Proven Sales Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the B2B SaaS, tech, or sustainability sector. Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Ability to understand complex customer needs and offer tailored solutions that deliver value.
- Proven Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections, navigate complex sales cycles, and close deals successfully.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Passion for Sustainability: You are curious and share our vision of sustainably transforming industry through technology.
- Team Spirit: You are a true team player who takes responsibility from day one and embodies a “Can Do” mentality
